(A) 8汤匙青咖哩糊
300毫升浓椰浆
200毫升淡椰浆
30克九层塔
(B) 600克鸡肉,去皮斩块
50克小番茄,
2粒圆茄子,切块
2条青和红辣椒,切块
3片疯柑叶
调味料 :
2汤匙鱼露
2汤匙糖
少许的盐
做法:
1。 将浓椰浆倒入锅内,煮至出油,加入青咖哩糊炒香。
