芋头饭(Yam Rice)


安家三口,是“芋头”的忠实粉丝。
这一个月来,先后煮了芋头糕,芋头扣肉。
今天再来道芋头饭。。。。。。突然想起了一首儿歌:
芋头,芋头,饥饿不愁,
你有米饭,我有芋头。


芋头饭

爆香的蒜,虾米,烧肉,
搭上了粉松的芋头,
mm..........mm....

材料:
1汤匙  蒜茸 
1汤匙  葱头仔茸
2汤匙  虾米,泡水沥干
150克  烧肉,切丁
150克  芋头,切丁
250克  白米
2汤匙 油
350毫升 水
1汤匙 青葱粒

调味料:
1汤匙蚝油
1/2茶匙黑酱油
适量盐
适量胡椒粉



做法 :
1。  热油,爆香蒜茸,葱头仔茸,加入虾米炒香。
2。  加入芋头和烧肉炒匀,接着加入白米和调味料炒匀至香。翻炒期间,酌量加水,避免焦锅。


3。  最后,将所有的材料放进电饭锅,加入剩余的水水煮至饭熟。
4。  享用时,撒上青葱粒即可。

Ingredients:
1tbsp  chopped garlic
1tbsp  chopped shallot
2tbsp  shrimps, soaked in water and then drained
150g  roasted pork, diced
150g  yam, diced
250g  white rice
2tbsp oil
350ml water
1tbsp spring onion, chopped

Seasoning:
1tbsp oyster sauce
1/2tsp dark soya sauce
Salt and pepper to taste


Method:
1. Heat the oil in a wok and saute the chopped garlic and shallots until fragrant, then add in the shrimps and saute until fragrant.
2. Add in the diced yam and diced roasted pork and stir-fry until even, then add in the white rice and seasoning and stir-fry evenly. While stir-frying, remember to add some water as needed to prevent burning.
3. Finally, transfer all the ingredients into the rice cooker and add the remaining water to the rice cooker before turning it on to cook until the rice is cooked.
4. Scatter some chopped spring onion on too before serving.

    这道芋头饭,光用想的就很好吃!
