椰子香草奶昔(Coconut Milk Shake)



到过马六甲旅游的人,应该都有听过位于吉里望路(Jln Klebang)的椰子香草奶昔吧。
相信有缘尝过这清凉又不会太甜的奶昔,都会对它念念不忘!

椰子奶昔是用些简单的材料如: 
香草(Vanilla)口味雪糕,炼奶,椰水和椰肉一起搅拌而成。
虽然所用材料普通,但是那股清新凉意,
绝对征服人心!






椰子香草奶昔
可做2杯

材料 :
1 杯椰汁和椰果肉
1 杯冰块
2 球 香草雪糕
2 汤匙炼奶

装饰 :
1 球香草雪糕(每杯)
一些巧克力米

做法 :
1。将所有材料倒入果汁搅拌机,搅拌成顺滑的奶昔。
2。 将搅匀的奶昔分别倒入2个玻璃杯,每杯以1球的香草雪糕装饰,最后再撒上一些巧克力米即可。

COCONUT SHAKE
 yield 2  glasses

 

Ingredient :
1 glass coconut juice with flesh

1 glass ice cube
2 scoop vanilla ice cream
2 Tbsp condense milk

Topping :

1 scoop vanilla ice ream per glass
some chocolate rice



Method :
1. Pour all the ingredients into blender. Blend until the mixture become smooth and runny.

2. pour the coconut milk shake into 2 glasses, scoop one scoop of vanilla ice cream on it, finally scatter some chocolate rice on it. Then done!


那浓郁的椰子味伴着淡淡的香草味,
清凉又不会太甜的冰沙,真是太美味了!
尤其是当艳阳高挂,汗流侠背时,第一口吸下去,
千暑万渴,顿时消散无迹。

  5. Oh I've made some fruity milkshake too ... Yours is so tropical flavour ... with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream ! Yum! love it !
