木糠布丁(Sawdust/ Serradura Pudding)



 木糠布丁,葡文名称为Serradura,
是来自葡萄牙而于澳门发扬光大甜品。
不少澳门的餐厅、饼店均售卖木糠布丁。
它是由鲜奶油、饼干碎等材料逐层冷冻而成的。


这布丁里所含的饼干碎,看起来很像木糠,
所以顾名思义,被称为木糠布丁。


木糠布丁
*可做4杯

材料:
200毫升 动物性鲜奶油
100克  马里饼
60克 炼奶
1茶匙 香草精

做法 :
1。将马里饼放入一个保鲜袋,用擀面棍擀碎。
2。以隔冰水的方式将动物性鲜奶油搅打至微稠,加入香草精和炼奶,继续搅打至呈纹路即可。
3。将做法(2的鲜奶油装入挤花袋。
4。在一个玻璃杯里,舀入一层马里饼碎,接着及一层鲜奶油,重复至杯满。
5。最后冷藏于冰箱2小时即可享用。







Sawdust or Serradura Pudding
*makes 4 cups

Ingredients
200ml dairy Whipping cream
100g Marie biscuits
60g Condensed milk
1tsp vanilla essence

Method :
1. Crush Marie biscuits finely by bash it in a Ziploc with rolling pin.
2. Whip whipping cream to soft peaks over a larger bowl filled with ice cubes and water. Add vanilla extract and condensed milk Continue whipping until stiff peaks.
3. Transfer the cream into a piping bag.
4. Spoon a layer of biscuit into glass and pipe a layer of cream on top. Repeat until glass is filled.
5. Chill in the freezer for 2hours.


 这是我做过最简单的布丁,
由擀碎饼干,搅打鲜奶油 , 到组合成布丁杯,
只需区区的10分钟。


 虽然做法简单,但是也属美味可口的甜品。
加上有趣的卖相,赶时间的话,我会考虑选择它。

    I've tried this Sawdust Pudding a few years ago and my big kids asked why it doesn't taste like tiramisu ...lol. I'm with you .. this dessert is quick to make, presentable and yummy too ^-^!

    这个食谱很简单呢!之前我有收藏了一个食谱蛮多多步骤的,而且材料也蛮贵,所以迟迟不敢动手做。
