苹果啤酒泡沫果冻 (Beer Like Apple Juice Jelly)


来,干杯!

为姐妹情深,干杯!
为友谊永固,干杯!


是的,安迪向来教正不教负,
这酒不能乱喝,伤身又乱性,所以安迪以果冻代酒,
为昨天铺天盖地(我自己在Fb的朋友圈里)的布朗尼参与数,干杯!
哈。。。哈。。。。 虽然有点夸张,但是这是我容易满足的心态啦。
想说,很开心,获得大家的相挺。
很感恩,拥有这份被挺的幸福。

苹果泡沫果冻

食谱参考 :  Anncoo Journal

材料:
500毫升 盒装苹果汁,温室
1汤匙 细糖
1汤匙+1茶匙 鱼胶粉


做法:
1。先把苹果汁和糖混合均匀至糖融化,备用。
2。取出3汤匙苹果汁及鱼胶粉放入大碗里,微波30秒。取出搅均匀至鱼胶粉融化。
3。将全部的苹果汁和鱼胶汁混合在一起,隔冰水搅拌约5分钟至苹果汁呈现小泡沫。
4。拿开冰水,快速打发苹果汁至湿硬性泡沫即可 ~约30秒。
5。把打好的苹果汁倒入杯里7-8满,将剩下的泡沫轻轻的舀放在苹果汁上面。
6。放入冰箱冷藏2小时至凝固即可享用。

 **看似啤酒,其实是果冻。。。特别吧!真是超容易做的苹果泡沫果冻,15分钟搞定!

Beer Like Apple Juice Jelly
Recipe adapted from : Anncoo Journal

Ingredients:
500ml Apple juice at room temperature
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Gelatin powder

 Method:

1. Mix apple juice and sugar together till sugar dissolves, set aside.
2. Transfer 3 tbsp of apple juice into a large microwavable bowl. Then add gelatin powder and mix well. Cover and microwave for 30 seconds and stir again till gelatin has completely dissolved.
3. Add the rest of the apple juice and float the bowl in ice water.
4. Use a hand whisk and stir the apple juice for about 5 minutes till foamy.
5. Remove the bowl from the ice water. Whisk apple juice quickly for 30 seconds or more until frothy foam appears.
6. Pour the apple juice into glasses until 3/4 full and gently scoop more foam on top.
7. Refrigerate and allow to set for 2 hours before serving.



这其实就是一般的苹果果冻。
经过一些前辈的巧妙变通,就成了有趣虚拟的啤酒了。
我觉得很赞的分享,所以也把它纳入最佳甜品之一。
