Stuffed Tofu Puffs with Sweet and Spicy Sauce （酿蔬果豆腐卜）

I first met this Stuffed Tofu Puffs at a cafe,

where I was enjoying my Sunday breakfast with my family.

The moment I took my first bite,

I knew I will be duplicating this in my kitchen one day.

Here is my own version based on what I can remember 

and what I have in my kitchen.

罗勒青酱意大利粉(Spaghetti with Basil Pesto Sauce)

 自从在一家西班牙餐厅吃过这道罗勒青酱意大利粉之后，

它就成为安家近来的新宠了。 
Ever since having this Basil Pesto Spaghetti at a Spanish restaurant, I fell in love with it and it begin appearing at home frequently.

寿司之三稻荷寿司 (Sushi 3 : Inari Sushi)

 「稻禾寿司」即豆皮寿司，

是在调味滷煮过的炸豆皮之中填入寿司饭而成。
Named after the Shinto god Inari, who is associated with fried tofu, Inari Sushi is a fried tofu pouch filled with sushi rice.

这是安迪继卷寿司和握寿司后的第三款寿司尝试。

也把它选为这星期三的便当主角，

很开心依然获得孩子们的喜爱。 
This sushi is the third sushi I have tried, after the Maki Sushi and Nigiri Sushi.

牛肉丸薯泥(Meatballs with Mashed Potato)

某天学校假期，两老送了娜娜赴友人之约看电影去，

便找家咖啡厅，好好的品杯咖啡，悠然自在的天南地北一番。

席间，安哥食欲来了，点了这道 牛肉丸薯泥。

当时，心灵相通，都喜欢上这道简单却美味可口的西餐。
During the school holidays, after sending NaNak off to watch a movie with her friends, my hubby and I visited a coffee shop for a good cuppa' coffee. My hubby suddenly decided to order this Meatball and Mashed Potato dish. Both of us fell in love with this dish at first bite.

意式白酱螺旋面(Fusilli with Carbonara Mushroom Sauce)

 今天又逢星期三，是给娜娜送便当日。

做了她超爱吃的意式白酱螺旋面。 

It's Wednesday again! Once again, I prepared a lunchboxes for NaNak and her friends. Today's menu is one of NaNak's favorites: Fusilli with Carbonara Mushroom Sauce.

简易版苹果沙律 (Apple Salad)

近来娜娜为了额外选科，必须要留堂。

由于时间紧凑，几堂课下来都是空肚子赶课的。

安迪心想反正我也闲着，不如给她送便当吧！

Recently, NaNak had to stay back at school for an extra subject. Due to time restrictions, she couldn't have lunch before classes. So I thought, seeing as how I was free, why not make a bento(lunchbox) for her?
