最近的天气,炎热到让人想起冰棒。
看到水果篮的芒果和冰箱那少许的优格,
加上那批不知在柜子里冬眠多久了的冰棒模具,
我想,该是时候开张了。
芒果优格冰棒
(可做5支)
材料:
(A)
芒果 140克
原味优格 150克
鲜奶 70克
蜂蜜 50克
(B)
芒果切小块 60克
做法 :
1。 将所有的材料(A)放入果汁机搅拌成均匀的芒果优格泥。
2。 将芒果块和芒果优格泥交替倒进冰棒模型中,插入棒子盖,冷冻5小时或完全凝固。
3。 最后从冰箱取出冰棒模具,用自来水冲洗一分钟,轻轻将冰棒拉出来,就可享用了。
Mango Yogurt Popsicles
(yield 5 popsicles)
Ingredients:
(A)
Mango 140g
Yogurt 150g
Milk 70g
Honey 50g
(B)
Mango dice 60g
Method :
1. Puree all ingredient (A) in a blender.
2. Fill the popsicle's mould with mago yogurt puree and mango dice. Cover and freeze for 5 hours or until the mixture become frozen.
3.To unmould, place the popsicle mould under running tap water for one minute, pull the popsicle out carefully.
第一次自家做冰棒,感觉容易又有趣。好像小孩在玩masak masak (家家酒)。
收获成果时,还挺满意的,尤其当外面艳阳高挂,一屋暑气,
一口冰凉美味的冰棒,顿时凉意阵阵,心情大好!

回复删除为什么有些食谱须要冷冻搅拌,冷冻再搅拌啊?
因为这是冰棒,口感不比雪糕绵滑。那些需要冷冻搅拌,冷冻再搅拌的是雪糕的做法,口感会比较绵细幼滑。
删除这冰棒要是在我家,还没凝固肯定就被偷吃了,哈哈哈
