烤风琴马铃薯(Hasselback Potato)


将马铃薯切开夹上熏鸡肉片,变得像风琴一样,
顾名思义-  烤风琴马铃薯。
The Hasselback Potato got its name from the Stockholm restaurant, Hasselbacken, where it was first served.




第一次做这道烤风琴马铃薯,
切工不够频密细腻,结果没有意料中的风琴卖相,
希望下回再做,会有所改善。
This is my first time baking the Hasselback Potato, so my slicing skills were not the best. The end result left plenty of room for improvement, so hopefully it will turn out better the next time I attempt it.




烤风琴马铃薯(Hasselback Potato) 

首先洗净3个长形马铃薯。
First, clean 3 oblong shaped potatoes.

接着在马铃薯两则摆一双筷子
(这样就可保证切时不会切断马铃薯),
每隔1/2cm切一刀。
Next, put a pair of chopstick on both sides of the potato
(this is to prevent accidentally cutting through the potato). 
Cut the potato at 1/2 cm intervals.
 

切好后的马铃薯,撒上盐或鸡精粉,黑胡椒粉。
然后包上保鲜纸,放入微波炉高温煮5分钟。
Sprinkle some salt or chicken stock powder and black pepper on the cut potato, then wrap with cling wrap and cook in a microwave using high heat for 5 minutes.


从微波炉拿出煮软马铃薯,夹上鸡肉片, 
(或火腿片或培根片皆可)。
加些mozerella 乳酪,黑胡椒粉;
放入预热烤箱190'C,烤20分钟即可。 

Remove the softened potato from the microwave and
sandwich some smoked chicken slices(you may substitute with ham slices/bacon) in between the cuts.
Add some mozzarella cheese and black pepper.
Grill in a preheated oven at 190°C for 20 minutes.

最后,出炉后的烤风琴马铃薯,
随意撒些帕美升芝士粉,
即可和蔬菜沙律一起配搭来吃。
Finally, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on it
and serve with green salad. 




 烤好的马铃薯,金灿灿的很是诱人!
最后在表面撒上帕美升芝士粉和黑胡椒粉,
不仅好看也添加美味
The freshly baked Hasselback Potatoes gleamed a tempting gold colour. The finishing touch of Parmesan cheese and black pepper enhanced both the look and taste.



虽然卖相有待进步,不过烤熟的马铃薯,
搭上烤香的熏鸡肉片和咸香乳酪,
还真的好吃呢!
The appearance of this Hasselback Potato may not be up to the best standards, but the wonderful aroma of the freshly baked potato coupled with the mouth-watering combination of smoked chicken and Parmesan cheese can still impress many!
