一口蜂蜜面包 (One Bite Honey Bun)


这是安家第二度出产一口小面包。
距离上回一口椰香小面包少说也有5个月了,

有点想念了!
于是约了一班好姐妹,
今天齐齐玩一口小面包。

向维尼小熊(Winnie the Pooh)借点蜂蜜,
再闹哄哄搭上“小拇指”的列车,
参加“蜂蜜”嘉年华去咯,
呵。。。。呵。。。


刻意把面包烤得微焦。
让阵阵芳香的面包香气飘向寝室,
帮我香醒那对赖床父女。

然后泡一壶咖啡,
在自家院子,喝咖啡,啃面包,
话家常,谈阔论,很是享受。。。。。






娜娜想念她过往的老师,
主动打包,说要与老师分享这好吃的小吃面包。




一口蜂蜜面包

材料:
高粉 200克
即溶酵母 1/3茶匙
鸡蛋1个
鹽1/8  茶匙
牛奶  75克
细砂糖       10克
蜂蜜約       50克
无盐奶油  30克

作法:

1。 将所有材料(除了奶油),放入面包搅拌机搅拌成团。
2。 加入奶油继续搅拌成光滑展延性的面团。
3。 将面团滚圆,用布盖上,进行初步发酵约1小时或至双倍大。
4。 取出面团,排气, 桿成一公分厚度的方形,然后切成约2cm的小方块。
3。 排在烤盘上,放进烤箱, 放一杯热水, 进行第二次发酵 (30分钟)。
4.  预热烤箱180度,烤 約12-14分中或 表面呈金黃即可。


One Bite Honey Bun

Ingredients :
Bread flour 200g
Instant yeast powder 1/3tsp
Egg 1
Salt1/8tsp
Milk 75g
Caster sugar   10g
Honey  50g
Unsalted butter 30g 

Method:
1. Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread maker and turn it on to mix them into a dough.
2. Add in the butter and continue to knead the dough until it becomes shiny and pliable.
3. Roll the dough into a ball and cover it with a cloth before allowing it to rest for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
4. Punch down the dough and roll it into 1cm thick rectangular shape.  Then cut into 2cm cube.
5. Arrange them on the baking tray . Put inside the oven with a glass of hot water. Allow the second resting for about 30 minutes.
6. After second resting done,bake with preheated oven at 180'C, about 12- 14 minute or turn into golden color.



我还蛮喜欢这一口小麵包的口感,
外皮实香,包体松软;
加上蜂蜜的加入,咀嚼在口里时,不断闻到蜂蜜的清香。



这几粒畸形的小面包是整切后剩余的面团,
本着节俭不浪费,随意搓捏,
出来成品还蛮创意哦,嘻。。。

  11. Hi, how do you measure 1/3 tsp yeast and 1/8 salt? My measuring spoon only 1/2, 1/4 and 1 tsp.
    Please advise.

    1. Hi, Shirley, sorry for the late reply. Well, 1tsp of yeast is about 3.15g, so 1/3tsp yeast should be about 1g. 1tsp of salt is about 6g, so 1/8tsp of salt should be about 0.75g.
