芒果布丁(Mango Pudding )


自从在Jessie家,看到这吸睛的甜品,
就book mark 起来,
每次和安哥宋说起,他就一头冷水往上浇下,
不领情的说,他只爱斋吃芒果,不喜欢加工。
今天我不理他了,
决定以这好看的甜品来迎接明天的“大日子” 。


对了,明天是个大日子哦,什么大日子呢?
我答应了人,不可说,
今天先卖个关子,明天自有分晓。


还真没留意到,这是食谱的量蛮大,
安迪大大小小共做了整三十几杯呢!
本来还担心,就算明天来的客人人数,也未必可以消受。。。。


可是。。。。事情往往无绝对哦,
龟毛的安哥宋被我哄,吃了一口,竟然和Na Nak俩,
趁我在拍照时,你一杯,我一杯,吃个不亦乐乎!
当我把拍好照的布丁放回冰箱时, 
发现我的布丁杯,少说已不见了六,七杯,
哇噻!这样的吃法,。。。。。
明晚的客人不是只能看照片罢了?@.@!!


洗涤功夫做完后,我也拿一杯来尝尝,
mmmm。。。。。。超滑,超香,甜度适中,
咬到芒果丁时,更是惊喜难掩。
好吃!好好吃!
难怪安哥忘了初衷,跟女儿抢布丁也不羞羞。

食谱参考:Jessie CookingMoments

芒果布丁(Mango Pudding) 
+ 蔓越莓果冻(Cranberry Jelly)
Makes about 40 puddings
Main Ingredients:
1 Packet Happy Grass Mango Pudding Powder
3-4 Large Mangoes, cut into small cubes
100g Caster Sugar
1 x 375ml Can Evaporated Milk
Cranberry Jelly Ingredients:
Makes 5 Pudding Cups only
150g Cranberry
10g Icing Sugar
3 x 3/4tsp Gelatine Powder + 70ml Room Temperature Boiled Water

Methods :
1. Fill in a large pot with 3000ml water. Add the pudding powder & sugar. Bring it to boil. Add evaporated milk & stir to mix well. Remove from heat.
2. Add fruit sugar which is included in the packet of the pudding powder. Stir for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool down for about 10 minutes.
3. Divide most of the mangoes & place in all the pudding cups. Leave some mangoes aside as toppings.
4. Pour the pudding mixture into the cups. Let to cool down completely.  Refrigerate for 2 hours.

5. To prepare the cranberry jelly, blend the cranberries with icing sugar in a stick blender. Strained.  Must strain because there are many seeds inside the puree.
6. On the other hand, place gelatine powder into a cup that fills with 70ml water.  Warm up the gelatine powder+water mixture by placing the cup into a big bowl of hot water. Set aside for 5 minutes.
7. Give a good stir of the gelatine powder+water before mixing with the cranberry puree.  Spoon the cranberry mixture onto some set puddings. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours. Serve cold with some mangoes.

家里没有覆盆子,可是又好奇加了果冻的味道口感如何,
用了蔓越莓代替原食谱的覆盆子,
mmm...微微的酸度还蛮醒胃的,
可惜安家父女都不喜欢,
那就留给明晚识货的有缘人吧!

  5. 这个快乐草牌子的布丁是超好吃的。得空也试试其它口味吧,你一定会喜欢。他其它系列的产品如龟苓膏,果冻粉等等都不错哦!
