这是一道简单做,
又非常受小朋友欢迎的年菜。
发菜丸,既带来财运亨通,又促进一家团圆,
发财团圆,十分具好意头,名字更取得妙。
QQ香香的发菜丸,别说是小孩,
就算大人也是一粒接一粒,
吃个不停!
圆圆的丸子,除了带来一家团圆的意头,
也可以是诸事皆圆,顺心顺意。
想要更鲜甜的味道,
可以在鱼肉中加入少许的虾肉。
食谱参考: 新新饮食第29期
材料:
500克鱼胶肉
10克发菜,浸软,剁碎
2朵冬菇,浸软,切粒
2棵青葱,切粒
调味料:
1茶匙盐
1/2 茶匙糖
1/2 茶匙胡椒粉
1/4 茶匙麻油
1粒蛋白
酱汁:
1/2 汤匙蒜蓉
1/2 汤匙葱头仔碎
1茶匙酒
1汤匙蚝油
200毫升水
2汤匙粟粉水,打芡用
做法:
1。 所有的材料,加入调味料打至起胶,永寿做成小丸子。
2。 热油。将小丸子炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油分。
3。 留1汤匙油,爆香蒜蓉和葱头仔碎,加入酒,蚝油和水煮滚,加入小丸子煮至汁浓,打芡即可上碟。
Ingredients :
500g fish meat
10g fatt choy ,soaked,chopped finely
2 mushrooms, soaked diced finely
2 spring anion,diced
Seasoning :
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1 eggwhite
Gravy :
1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tbsp chopped shallot
1 tsp wine
1tbsp oyster sauce
200ml water
2tbsp corn flour water,for thickening
Method :
1. Add seasoning into ingredients,mix well,make into small balls.
2. Heat up oil,deep fry small balls until golden brown,dish and drain.
3. Leave 1 tbsp oil in wok, stir fry chopped garli and shallot until fragrant. Add wine,oyster sauce and water. when boiling add in small balls and bring to boil again. Thicken gravy with corn flour water.
Then serve hot.
