蒸苏打饼小蛋糕 (Mini Steam Cream Crackers Cake)


 休闲的午后,难得娜娜刚考完试,
陪安迪窝在厨房,敲敲搅搅,拌拌蒸蒸,
一个个可爱又香喷喷的苏打饼小蛋糕,
成了安家三口今天的下午茶。


 参考了几个网友的分享,
多数都说这蛋糕会稍微干一点,
可是个人还觉得蛮湿润的,
而且充满浓郁的苏打饼香 气,
喜欢苏打饼如我的朋友肯定会喜欢。








蒸苏打饼小蛋糕
可做 12粒
食谱参考 : Step Wong Kitchen

材料:
3粒 A蛋
125g 牛油
100g 幼糖
150g 苏打饼(打碎成粉)(我用兵乓牌苏打饼)
10g  美禄(少许竹碳粉,随喜)

做法:
1)将牛油和糖打至松发。
2)遂粒加入蛋打匀,加入苏打饼碎拌匀。
3)把2/3面糊装入挤花袋,另外1/3加入美禄粉搅拌均匀,装入另一个挤花袋备用。
4)把原味的面糊挤小蛋糕模具,大火蒸3分钟。然后挤入美禄面糊,大火蒸3分钟。
5)倒入最后一层面糊后用大火再蒸10分钟或至蛋糕完全熟透,即可取出,待凉,切块享用。






Mini Steam Cream Crackers Cakes
Makes 12
Recipe adapted from Step Wong Kitchen

Ingredients:
3 eggs (Grade A)
125g butter
100g caster sugar
150g cream cracker, finely crushed (I used Hup Seng's Ping Pong Stamp crackers)
10g Milo (dash of bamboo charcoal powder,optional)

Method:
1. Beat the butter and caster sugar until fluffy.
2. Add in the eggs one at a time and beat evenly, then add in the cream cracker powder  and mix evenly.
3. Transfer 2/3 of the batter to a pipping bag. Add the Milo to the remaining 1/3 of batter, then transfer it to another pipping bag after mixing evenly.
4. Pipe the original flavoured batter into a mini cake mould, steam it over high flame for 3 minutes, then pipe in the Milo batter and steam for another 3 minutes.
5. Pipe in the final layer of original flavoured batter and proceed to bake for 10 minutes or until the cakes are completely cooked. Remove from mould after completely cooled and serve.





我悄悄地加了少许的竹碳粉在美录得面糊。
这样原本浅褐色的美录面糊,就变得深褐色了。
拍照时,就可以看见层次的分明 ,好看多了。
哈。。。。。哈。。。。。纯粹是个人唯美主义,
嫌麻烦的朋友,大可免掉此步骤。








 瞧! 湿润,松软,
很香,很香!
是出乎我意料之外的好吃:)
