日式烧饼(Okonomiyaki)

日式烧饼日文叫お好み焼き(Okonomiyaki),
其做法非常的简单,而且材料方面可以自由发挥。
也就是想吃啥,就放啥。
The Okonomiyaki (お好み焼き) is commonly known as Japanese Pizza in Malaysia. It's actually very easy to make, especially since the ingredients aren't fixed. Basically, the ingredients are just whatever you want to eat.


 一道含菜量蛮高的料理,
因为里边80巴仙是由包菜丝,大葱丝和红萝卜丝组成。
 如果家里有不爱吃菜的宝宝,不妨做这道料理,
你会看到宝宝有意想不到的表现哦!
This is actually a dish with a lot of vegetables, including cabbage, onion and carrot strips. For parents who're trying to persuade their kids to eat greens, why not introduce them to this "pizza"? You might get unexpected results!


经过煎烤的包菜,软化之后,不说你根本没想到是包菜,
另外大葱和红萝卜的加入,加上蛋糊的脆香,
还真的让人刮目相看,声声称好!
After grilling, the cabbage strips have become soft and delicious. When combined with the onion and carrots, they make the aromatic pizza base even more fantastic. You can tell how delicious it is even before you taste it!


先搽上日式酱汁,再挤了蛋黄酱,
最后撒上柴鱼片和干海苔丝,
浓浓的和风味就给带出来了。 
First, spread some Japanese sauce, then squeeze on some Japanese mayonnaise. Next scatter some dried bonito flakes and seaweed strips, and you'll have a delicious Japanese dish.

材料 Ingredients: 
2片培根,切细条                             2pcs bacon, cut into thin strips
100克包菜,切丝                             100g cabbage, cut into strips
80克红萝卜,切丝                           80g carrot, cut into strips
1个大葱,切丝                                 1pcs onion, cut into strips
4汤匙高筋粉                                     4tbsp bread flour
1茶匙发粉                                         1tsp baking powder
2汤匙水                                             2tbsp water
2粒蛋                                                 2pcs egg

调味料 Seasoning
1/2茶匙盐                                          1/2tsp salt
1/2茶匙糖                                          1/2tsp sugar
1/4茶匙胡椒粉                                  1/4tsp pepper
  

黑青色的是干海苔丝;橘色的是柴鱼片。
Seaweed and dried bonito flakes.


饼面 Toppings
日式酱汁(2汤匙番茄酱 + 1汤匙急汁)Japanese sauce (2tbsp tomato sauce + 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce)
3汤匙蛋黄酱                                     3tbsp Japanese mayonaise
10克柴鱼片                                       10g dried bonito flakes
10克干海苔丝                                   10g seaweed strips
少许的干西洋香菜叶                       some parsley

做法 Method: 

 1。将全部的材料和调味料放入一搅拌盆中, 并搅拌均匀。
1. Mix all the ingredients and seasoning evenly in a large bowl.


 2。平底锅加热,加入一汤匙食用油后,加入混合湖弄成圆形状。 用小火关盖煮大约10分钟,或者至上层凝固为止。接着翻面,将另一面亦是用小火关盖煮大约10分钟。
2. Heat oil in a small pan, then pour (1) into the pan and spread evenly into a round shape. Cover and cook over low flame fro 10 minutes or until the pizza has solidify. Flip the pizza over and cook for another 10 minutes.


3。 将日式烧饼取出,趁热在上层涂上日式酱汁。再将柴鱼片和干海苔丝撒在饼面上,挤上少许的蛋黄酱,最后撒上适量的干西洋香菜叶即可享用。
3. Remove the pizza from pan and spread the Japanese sauce while it is still hot. Scatter seaweed strips and dried bonito flakes, then squeeze on some mayonnaise and scatter some parsley on top. Serve.
