寿司之三稻荷寿司 (Sushi 3 : Inari Sushi)

 「稻禾寿司」即豆皮寿司,
是在调味滷煮过的炸豆皮之中填入寿司饭而成。
Named after the Shinto god Inari, who is associated with fried tofu, Inari Sushi is a fried tofu pouch filled with sushi rice.


这是安迪继卷寿司握寿司后的第三款寿司尝试。
也把它选为这星期三的便当主角,
很开心依然获得孩子们的喜爱。 
This sushi is the third sushi I have tried, after the Maki Sushi and Nigiri Sushi.



 发现寿司饭量过多,冰箱里挖出一些青瓜,红萝卜。。。
铺上一片海苔,舀一勺美奶滋吐拿鱼,卷一卷,
把剩余的寿司饭给变成寿司了。 
 Prepared too much Sushi rice? No problem, just bring out the cucumber, carrots, seaweed...... Roll it up, and voilà! A delicious Maki Sushi is ready to be enjoyed!


日本豆腐包(Japanese Tou Fu Pok)


稻禾寿司袋(Inari Sushi sack)

材料/Ingredients:
日本豆腐包100克(5个) Japanese Tou Fu Pok 100g(5pcs)
清水200毫升                  Water 200ml
黃砂糖50克                    Brown sugar 50g
醬油50克                        Soya sauce 50g

1。首先,将日本豆腐包一切为二,然后煮滚1煲水,将豆腐包放入煮5-6分钟捞起沥干水分。
2。另外再用一个煲將清水200cc,黃砂糖及醬油放入锅中小火煮至糖溶化,放入做法(1)的豆腐包,中小火約煮10分钟至汤汁完全收干。
3。用濾杓將豆腐包其中残留的汤汁挤压出既成,放涼放冰箱冷藏。



1. First, cut the Japanese Tou Fu Pok into half, then boil a pot of water and cook the halved Tou Fu Pok for about 5-6 min. Strain the excess water.
2. In another pot, put in 200ml water, brown sugar and soya sauce, then cook with low flame until the sugar has dissolved. Add in step (1)'s Tou Fu Pok and cook with medium flame about 10 min or till the sauce has been absorbed completely.
3. Use ladle to press the cooked Tou Fu Pok to make it dry and store in the fridge for later use.  


稻荷寿司(Inari Sushi)


材料/Ingredient:

滷煮豆腐袋10个    Cooked Inari Sushi sacks 10pcs
寿司饭适量            some  Sushi rice

1。將煮好的稻禾寿司袋打开,手沾一点冷开水(避免沾粘),塞入适量寿司饭
2。 然后可以依各人喜好,在饭上简单的洒上些烤香的黑芝麻或 铺上适量的美奶滋吐拿鱼或烤香江鱼仔即可

1.  Open the cooked Inari Sushi sack, wet your hand with some water to prevent the sack from sticking. Stuff in some sushi rice.
2.  You may either scatter some toasted black sesame seed on it or cover with some mayonnaise tuna fish or toasted anchovy as topping.

醒胃的寿司饭裹在滷煮锅的豆皮包里,
香气十足,配搭寿司姜,美味可口自不在话下。
The appetizing sushi rice, contained by the sweet Tou Fu Pok, creates a very delicious and aromatic sushi. Eaten with Pickled Ginger, it becomes all the more tastier!
