樱桃提拉米苏 - 简易版 (Cherry Tiramisu - simple version)


每当看到姐妹们分享美味又浪漫的提拉米苏,
心情就被牵引至亮丽欢愉,
然后就随心的带回一盒马斯卡芬乳酪回来,
结果。。。。。。。又被繁杂的步骤给吓忘了。
最后眼看马斯卡芬的寿命即将过期,
当务之急,就是立马上网找食谱,然后东凑西借,
把这杯:美味可口的樱桃提拉米苏”给变出来了。
Every time I see a fellow blogger sharing a Tiramisu recipe, how I wish I could make one! However, after bringing back a tub of mascarpone cheese, the complicated steps became an obstacle. As the expiry date of the cheese neared, I hastily searched for a suitable recipe and came across this very simple recipe.



这是懒人版的樱桃提拉米苏。
基本上就是1罐罐头樱桃,1盒马斯卡芬乳酪,
一些手指饼干碎和糖粉;
少许的咖啡酒和酸奶油,然后一层层的叠上即成。
This is the "lazy version": a can of cherry filling, a tub of mascarpone cheese, some kahlua, sour cream, Oreo crumbs and ladyfingers are all you need.


樱桃提拉米苏
共做5 x 250ml矮脚酒杯

材料: 
250克 马斯卡芬乳酪
200克 糖粉
70克 酸奶油
70毫升 咖啡酒
100克(12条) 手指饼干,搅碎
30克 Oreo饼干碎
1罐 罐头樱桃糊

表面装饰:
一些新鲜薄荷叶
数颗樱桃

做法:
1。 将马斯卡芬乳酪,糖粉,酸奶油和咖啡酒倒入一个大盆,用电动搅拌器搅拌均匀,置旁待用。 
2。 用搅拌机将手指饼干搅成幼碎,再和Oreo饼干碎拌匀,置旁待用。
3。 从罐头樱桃糊里,拿出一些樱桃粒,以待装饰用途。
4。提拉米苏组合: 准备5个(250毫升)的矮脚酒杯。在每一杯里,舀入2汤匙马斯卡芬混合酱;然后2汤匙饼干碎;接着2汤匙樱桃糊。重复舀入马斯卡芬,饼干碎和樱桃糊直至填满酒杯。
5。  在上面摆上一些樱桃粒和新鲜薄荷叶。放入冰箱冷藏2- 3小时即可享用。


Cherry Tiramisu
Serves 5

Ingredients:
250g mascarpone cheese
200g icing sugar
70g sour cream
70 ml coffee liqueur
100g (12 pcs) ladyfingers, crushed
30g Oreo crumbs
1 can cherry filling

For garnish :
some Fresh mint leaves
some cherries from cherry filling

Method :
1.  Combine mascarpone cheese, icing sugar, sour cream and coffee liqueur in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Set aside.
2.  Use electric blender or food processor, process finger, in small batches, until finely crushed.Combine together with the Oreo crumbs. Set aside.
3.  Remove some cherries from cherry filling; reserve for garnish.
4.  To assemble dessert : spoon 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese mixture into each of six (250ml) parfait glasses. Add 2 tablespoons step(2) cookie crumbs to each glass; top each with 2 tablespoons cherry filling. Repeat mascarpone, crumb and cherry layers. Finish each serving with an equal portion of the remaining mascarpone cheese mixture.
5.  Garnish with reserved cherries and mint leaves, if desired. Chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving.

虽然做法简单,可是不失美可口哦!
顺滑的马斯卡芬乳酪,香醇的咖啡酒,
樱桃独特的果香味, 都给这杯“简易版”的提拉米苏,
营造出不同层次的口感和鲜美,尤其是冷藏后的效果,
更是妙不可言! 
It might be relatively simple to make, yet its taste isn't compromised one bit. The smooth mascarpone cheese, the fragrant kahlua, the sweet cherries, all give this cup of simple Tiramisu a unique and rich taste that is amplified after chilling. Marvelous!

  1. 这个red cherry 很难买到哩, 如果用其他草莓, 蓝莓甚至黑莓应该也一样好吃吧 (可能味道不如red cherry 那样独特) 下次如有什么庆祝会,做这个很方便招待客人 !!

  4. 对于浪漫的提拉米苏,我也是一拖再拖,还是选择逃避。。。嘻嘻!
    但是这个简易版的,可以考虑。。。哈哈!
