罗勒青酱意大利粉(Spaghetti with Basil Pesto Sauce)


 自从在一家西班牙餐厅吃过这道罗勒青酱意大利粉之后,
它就成为安家近来的新宠了。 
Ever since having this Basil Pesto Spaghetti at a Spanish restaurant, I fell in love with it and it begin appearing at home frequently.



 美味又营养的好料,自然安排给孩子们,
成了这个星期三的便当。 
How could I not turn such a delicious and nutritious meal into a Wednesday bento for the kids?


普通意大利粉都用完,给了孩子们。
只好换上螺旋粉,幸好出来的美味,一点也不差。 
Having finished using all the spaghetti for the bentos, I had to use the spiraled fusilli for my hubby and myself. Luckily, that didn't change how delicious the dish was.



罗勒青酱意大利粉
(3人份)

材料:
150克 意大利粉
3粒 橄榄,切圈
3粒 小番茄,切片
100克 四季豆苗,去2端
3片 培根
1汤匙 橄榄油
6汤匙 罗勒青酱
适量帕美升乳酪

 做法:
1。在一个小平底锅,小火煎香培根,捞起待冷切成小片。
2。在同一个平底锅里,加入少许的水和少许的盐,煮滚,加入四季豆苗川烫至熟,捞起待用。(保留汤水)
3。另外用一个大煲,加入适量的水,煮滚,加入意大利粉煮约8- 10分钟或软,捞起放到一个大盆,加入罗勒青酱,橄榄油,3汤匙做法(2)的汤水,培根片,四季豆苗,橄榄圈和小番茄片,然后将所有的材料搅拌均匀,排放在碟子上,最后撒上适量的帕美升乳酪即可享用。

罗勒青酱(Basil Pesto Sauce)


Spaghetti with Basil Pesto Sauce
(for 3 pax)

Ingredients:
150g Italian pasta
3pcs olives, sliced into rings
3pcs cherry tomatoes, sliced
100g baby Fench bean  with ends removed
3pcs bacon
1tbsp olive oil
6tbsp Basil Pesto sauce
Some parmesan cheese

Method:
1. Fry the bacon in a pan until fragrant. Remove from pan and allow to cool before cutting into small pieces.
2. Add some water and salt to the same pan and bring to a boil. Blanch the baby Fench bean in the boiling water. Keep the water.
3. Boil the Italian pasta in another pot for about 8-10 minutes or until soft. Drain and put in a big bowl together with the Basil Pesto sauce,olive oil, 3 tbsp of water from (2), bacon pieces,baby French bean , olive rings and cherry tomato slices. Toss and mix well before serving it on a plate. Add parmesan cheese on top to taste.

The rich taste of the Basil Pesto sauce makes a wonderful blend with the soft texture of the Italian pasta. Meanwhile, the olives, cherry tomatoes, baby French bean  and Parmesan cheese all serve to enhance the deliciousness of the dish. You'll love it at first bite too!
