万众一心,期待已久的新年终于今天来临!

接着开开心心来品尝安迪烤的蛋糕。

除了昨天的核桃牛油蛋糕,
安迪也为家人准备了这款耗时却又十分美味的印尼千层蛋糕。
想到新年期间,少少的放纵,
由于看电视或上网超时,第二天也也默许迟醒,
然后各自随意的解决早餐,
所以这种预早烤好又耐放的蛋糕,就是我为家人做出的选择。
(A)
牛油 200克,奶油芝士(Cream Cheese) 150克,

细纱糖 80克,甜炼奶 5汤匙,蛋黄 14个
(B)
低筋面粉 180克,发粉 1茶匙
(C)
细纱糖 130克,蛋白 7个(约250克),白醋-数滴

香草精 1茶匙

做法:
2) 分次加入蛋黄,拌打至均匀。加入香草精,拌匀。置旁备用。
3) 在另一干净盆中把蛋白,糖和白醋以高速拌打至发或硬性发泡,大约5-7分钟。
4) 把粉类过筛,拌入做法(2)里。
5) 再把(4)拌入打发的蛋白霜内,拌均成面糊。
6) 烤炉预热,8寸方,盘底部刷上牛油,铺上蛋糕纸,放73 - 75克的面糊,上火180度,烤大约6-7分钟。
7) 然后拿出,稍微用压板轻轻压蛋糕的表面,这样继续一层接一层,直到烤完为止。
8) 最后一层用上下火烤15分钟或至上色,出炉后放凉,切片享用。

One 8" square tin
Ingredients :
(A)
Butter200g,Cream Cheese 150g,

Caster sugar80g,Condensed milk 5tbsp,Egg yolk 14

Cake flour180g,Baking powder 1tsp
(C)
Caster sugar 130g,Egg white 7(about 250g),few drops of vinegar

Vanilla essence 1tsp

Method:
1. Cream the butter, cream cheese, sugar and condensed milk untill white and fluffy (about 10 mins).
2. Add in the egg yolk one at a time, mix well. Add in vanilla essence and mix well.
3. In another clean and dry mixing bowl, beat the egg whites, sugar and vinegar until peaks form to become meringue (about 5 - 7 min).
4. Sift the flour and powder into the mixture (2) and mix well.
5. Fold in the egg yolk mixture from (4) into the meringue and blend well to form a smooth batter.
6. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line baking paper on the base of a 8" baking tin. Brush a layer of butter on it and pour 75g of batter into it. Bake for about 6 - 7min.
7. Remove the baking tin from the oven, press the surface of the cake lightly with a pressing board, pour in another 73 - 75g batter and bake for another 6 - 7 min. Repeat the same steps until the batter is finished.
8. For the final layer, bake using top and bottom heat for 15 minutes or till golden brown. Remove from the oven, let it cool completely before slicing to serve.

烤这款蛋糕,缺些耐心都不行。
这一层6,7分钟,少说也有18层,
这来回功夫 ,保守估计,最少也有2个多小时。
可是想到家人的喜爱,就边烤边上网的混过去。。。
