2016年饼 - 胡桃巧克力粒曲奇(Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies)


某天,在一位朋友家中小聚时,
热情的朋友不止给大家准备了好吃的寿司鲜果,
还用心的烤了好几款曲奇共享。


当时这款胡桃巧克力很合胃口,
香香脆脆,甜度适中,胡桃香气诱人,
酥脆的口感叫人欲罢不能,回来还回味无穷!

于是向友人邀了食谱,自己再做适度的调整,
在此与大家分享,希望你们也会喜欢。







胡桃巧克力粒曲奇
食谱参考 : 创意小饼干

材料 :
(A)  100克 细砂糖(减至70克)
       110克黄糖(减至 80克)
       1/4 茶匙 盐
       100克 奶油((减至90克)
         60克菜油/玛兹林
       1 茶匙 糖浆

(B)   1 个蛋
       1/2 茶匙 香草精

(C)   200克面粉
        1/2 茶匙苏打粉
        1/2 茶匙发粉

(D)   100克胡桃,剁碎
        100克巧克力粒

做法 :
1。将材料(A)稍微搅打均匀,加入材料(B)搅打至顺滑。
2。 加入筛过的材料(C),拌匀。
3。 最后加入材料(D), 拌匀。
4。 舀入1茶匙的面糊,排放在已涂上一层油的烤盘。
5。  以余热烤箱170'C烤约15- 18 分钟。


温馨提示 :
1。可以随性以其他坚果取代胡桃。
2。刚烤出来的曲奇是软的,完全冷却后就会变脆。
3。 如果没有糖浆,可以以蜂蜜取代。 



Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Recipe adapted from : JOY OF MAKING COOKIES

Ingredients :
(A)  100g sugar(reduced to 70g)
       110g brown sugar(reduced to 80g)
       1/4 tsp salt
       100g butter((reduced to 90g)
         60g margarine
       1 tsp liquid glucose

(B)   1 egg
       1/2 tsp vanilla essence

(C)   200g flour
        1/2 tsp baking soda
        1/2 tsp baking powder

(D)   100g pecans, chopped
        100g chocolate chips

Method : 
1. Cream (A) lightly.  Then add in (B) and cream till smooth.
2. Add in the sieved (C) and mix till well blended.
3. Lastly add in (D) and mix till incorporated.
4. Drop a teaspoon full of the dough into the greased baking tray.
5. Bake at 170'C for 15 - 18 minutes.

Tips  : 
1. Pecan can be replaced with other nuts.
2. The cookie become crispy when it is cool.
3. You may replaced the liquid glucose with honey.

  1. HI Aunty young, for the chocolate chip cookie can i use all is brown sugar?
    i dun wan use white sugar.the taste will diffrent?

    1. Hi Kissara, you can use all brown sugar, but that taste would be slightly less sweet.

  3. Aunty Young, I followed your recipe by does not have the brown colour cookies like yours. Did you add cocoa powder too?

    1. No, I didn't add any cocoa powder. I think the brown colour is contributed by the brown sugar and the golden syrup(for making moon cake one )I have been used.
