糯米鸡之约 (Steamed Glutinous Rice with Chicken II)



算算也一段时间,没为家人蒸糯米鸡了。
好友好像心有灵犀,约了安迪一起上糯米鸡的帖子。
那就顺情赴约兼回味自家蒸的糯米鸡吧。
It's been awhile since I steamed this Glutinous Rice with Chicken for my family. Coincidentally, my friends invited me to post a Steamed Glutinous Rice with Chicken recipe with them. So here I am with another batch of this delicious dish!




 自家蒸的,永远真材多料,
糯米饭也松软香滑,鸡肉更是腌得够味多汁,
好吃!
Home-made food is still the best! After all, it has enough ingredients, and the chicken is marinated just right. Scrumptious!

 这次在腌鸡肉时,加多一茶匙姜汁,果然有画龙点睛的效果。
大大的提升鸡肉的美味,朋友谢谢你的分享。
This time round, I decided to take a friend's advice and added a teaspoon of ginger juice to marinate the chicken. It does indeed make the chicken taste better! Thanks for your sharing, friend.


父女俩吞了4碗,我咽下1碗 ,
一顿午餐下来,全被搞定。
My hubby and NaNak shared 4 bowls among themselves while I savored the one bowl that was spared. What a tasty lunch!
