五千元的老式面包 (5 Thousand Dollars Bread )

以“前人种树后人凉”

来形容这“5千元老式面包”，一点也不为过。

要不是食谱主人- 李师傅为求心头好，

一掷千金买取配方；

要不是面包大师 - 爱和自由，大爱无私的分享，

上载此难得的好配方；

要不是Victoria 和Veronica的美好分享，
今天这5000大洋的面包就不会出现在我家了。
所以，感恩！  

红萝卜甜心面包(Carrot Sweetheart Bun)

今天安迪还是继续“心形‘练习，

不同的是把巧克力换成红萝卜。

Today, I continued practicing my bread making skills with heart shape buns.

However, I used carrots instead of chocolate.

一颗圆鼓鼓的心。

A round and lovely heart.

Today I decided to bake buns with heart shape.

娘惹炒饭 (Nyonya Fried Rice)

这是为了配合木瓜虾汤而作的炒饭。

娘惹炒饭配搭娘惹木瓜汤，

不但口味近，同时又有互补作用。

一炒一汤，一燥一润；

拉上补下，无伤大雅。
This dish goes well with the Papaya Prawn Soup. 

一道充满娘惹色彩的炒饭。

Fried rice filled with the taste of Nyonya.

所以再接再厉，再试孟老师的“鲜奶油面包”。
 NaNak really liked the Olive Shaped Bun I made two days ago, so I decided to try making another bun. I got this Cream Bun recipe from the same book as the Olive Shaped Bun.

然后归零心态，老老实实的从最简单的直接发酵法开始，

做了这简单好吃的橄榄形酥香面包。

One of my new year resolutions is to bake great buns.
