今天是普天同庆的圣诞节,
在此祝福大家:

选了牛油蛋糕,作为就别重逢的见面礼。
总觉得浓郁的牛油香气,
让身上感应圣诞嘉庆的细胞,
自然而然跳动起来。。。。
罂粟子牛油蛋糕
(七寸方型蛋糕模)或
Wilton 4连雪花模
食材:
200克 普通面粉
1茶匙 发粉
1/2茶匙 盐
230克 无盐优质牛油,室温软化
145克 细砂糖
2 大粒鸡蛋
1茶匙 纯香草精
190毫升 鲜奶
20克 罂粟子
做法:
1。烤箱预热至180℃。烤模周围涂油,铺油纸。
2 普通面粉,发粉和盐放入碗中,搅拌均匀。
3。用电动搅拌器,以中速搅打牛油和糖大约2分钟直到蓬松。
4。加入香草精,逐渐打入鸡蛋直到混合均匀。
5。用低速,将面粉和鲜奶交替拌入,搅拌成均匀的面糊。
6。 3/2面糊保留原味。1/3面糊加入罂粟子,拌匀成罂粟子面糊。
7。将原味面糊倒入蛋糕模,然后再倒入罂粟子面糊。
8。烤约50分钟或竹签插入蛋糕测试出来没面糊粘黏即可。出炉后的蛋糕,保留在蛋糕模内5分钟,然后才移至凉架,待完全冷却才可切片享用。
Poppy Seed Butter Cake
(7" square baking tin) or
Wilton Snowflake 4in1 Mini Cake Pans
Ingredients :
200g all purpose/plain flour
1tsp baking powder
1/2tsp salt
230g unsalted premium butter, softened
145g caster sugar
2 big eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
190ml fresh milk
20g poppy seeds
Method :
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC. Grease and line a 7" cake pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Use an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar on medium speed until fluffy for about 2 minutes.
4. Add in vanilla extract and beat in eggs gradually until well-combined.
5. Using low speed, add in the flour mixture and milk alternately. Beat until fully incorporated into the batter.
6. Leave the 2/3 of the batter as original flavor. Add in the poppy seeds into the 1/3 of the batter, mix well to form the poppy seed batter.
7. Pour original batter into baking tin, follow by poppy seed batter on top.
8. Bake for about 50 minutes, or until an inserted cake tester comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow it to rest in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool.

.......所以,很豪迈的加重牛油的量,
结果,
蛋糕是香到不行,湿润香滑,
加上罂粟子的爽口口感,
我。。。沦陷了,
超限的吃了好多!
