2017年饼 - 雏菊花草莓酥 (Daisy Strawberry Tarts)


 去年的年饼当中,
黄梨饼改谱的金元宝蓝莓酥是最受家人的青睐。

当我决定要开工烤年饼时,
两父女几乎异口同声,倾点他们想念的蓝莓酥。





 在烘焙材料店进货蓝莓馅的当儿,
意外发现今年厂家竟然也供草莓馅的货源。

不暇多想,拿起一公斤包装的草莓馅,
往购物车里仍。

想起多年前,买了几个薯粉饼(kuih bangkit)的模子,
其中一个是可爱的 雏菊花型。

于是草莓代替蓝莓;雏菊花代替金元宝;
换汤不换药的。。。。 
烤了一批可爱的 雏菊花草莓酥。




喜欢黄梨饼的家人;
对于蓝莓酥,是喜爱有加;
而今初尝草莓酥,依然喜爱。

所以现在你们知道,
为何我不暇多想,就一公斤一整包,
就往购物车里仍了,
因为。。。。。我太了解他们的口味了!
呵。。。。。呵。。。。



 雏菊花草莓酥
 食谱参考 : 这里
约做50粒

材料:
(a) 面粉150克,粟米粉50克,糖粉50克,蛋黄粉1大匙
(b) 牛油125
(c) 蛋黄1
(d) 草莓馅250克 


做法:
1。  将材料(a)一起过筛。
2。  加入(b) 用手搓使粉类渗入牛油里,然后加入蛋黄搓成面团。
3。  将面团用保鲜膜包起来,放入冰箱冷藏15-20分钟。
(4) 然后将面团分割每份8克包入才草莓馅(约5克),搓圆,放入雏菊花模子内,压平,脱模,排在烤盘上。

(5) 最后表面涂上蛋黄液,放入预热烤箱,170度烤大约15 - 20分钟。









Daisy Strawberry Tarts

Yield about 50pcs

Ingredients:
(A) flour150g,corn flour50g,icing sugar50g,custard powder1tbsp
(B) butter125g
(C) 1 egg yolk
(D) strawberry filling 250g

Method:
1. Sift ingredient(A),set aside.

2. Add in butter, use finger tip to mix up the flour with it. Add in the egg yolk and knead well to form a smooth dough.

3. Wrap the dough with cling wrap and chill in the fridge about 15 - 20 minutes.

4. Divide the dough into 8g each portion, wrap in the strawberry filling (about 5g per ball). Roll into ball, press into the Daisy flower mould. Unmould and arrange on the baking tray.

5. Egg wash the surface, and bake with preheated oven at 170'C about 15 - 20minutes.

    1. Yes Phong Hong , if you realize, thats about 20 more days will be the CNY. Therefore my engine is now ready all the way......LoL
