外面卖的黑森林蛋糕吃多了,
今天托邻居(阿益的福),
终于可以吃自己烤的黑森林蛋糕了!

话说那天从金马扬前往文冬情人瀑布时,
隔壁邻居的两个小瓜随缘的坐上安家的车子,
一路上大伙就唱着儿歌,猜着谜语,诉着天文地理。。。。。
然后偶然间就谈到他们的巴拔的生日就要到了,
安迪就随兴嚷着大家悄悄给阿益(他们的巴拔)搞个意外惊喜好了。
问他们巴拔喜欢啥蛋糕?
结果。。。。
两个可爱的小瓜异口同声说: “Rian Forest”
当然童言无忌,说得就是黑森林(Black Forest),
于是回来后,就悄悄地和益太太(pakat)串通好,
她负责隐瞒先生和安排他当日提早放工,
我们负责蛋糕和小食,
就这样随缘,简单又开心,
昨晚我们两家渡过了一个喜悦满满,
又有意思的生日会。。。
感恩哦!
我想大概是那些乌溜黑曲又不规律的黑巧克力丝装饰吧?
看起来好像森林里枯干了的树枝,枯叶。。
实情又有谁人可分享?
黑森林蛋糕
材料 :
7寸 圆形巧克力戚风蛋糕 1个
巧克力戚风蛋糕体做法 :参阅这里
6寸和8寸蛋糕体可以参阅这里
植物鲜奶油 250克
罐头黑樱桃糖浆 1/2罐
黑樱桃酒/朗姆酒 60毫升(随喜)
罐头黑樱桃 1罐
烹饪巧克力 200克,刨丝,冷藏
新鲜黑樱桃 8颗
做法 :
1。将巧克力戚风蛋糕体,横切三片;将植物鲜奶油打发。
2。将罐头黑樱桃的糖浆过滤,保留待用。然后把罐头黑樱桃切半待用。
3。蛋糕装饰 :放一片蛋糕在蛋糕板上,用刷子撒上一些樱桃酒/朗姆酒,刷上一层黑樱桃糖浆,铺上一层打发鲜奶油,排上一层切半黑樱桃。重复同样的步骤,直到完成三片蛋糕。(第三片蛋糕不需排放切半黑樱桃)。
4。以打发鲜奶油铺盖整个蛋糕,然后以刨丝烹饪巧克力沾满整个蛋糕,最后挤上几朵鲜奶油霜,再以数颗新鲜黑樱桃装饰即可,冷藏冰箱2小时即可享用。
Black Forest Cake
Ingredients :
1 7" round Chocolate Chiffon Cake
Cream coating and filling:
250g topping cream
1/2 can of canned cherry syrup
Black cherry wine/Rum 60ml(optional)
1 can of canned cherries
200g cooking chocolate, shredded and refrigerated
8 fresh cherries
Method :
1. Cut the chocolate chiffon cake into 3 disks of equal thickness and whip the topping cream until stiff.
2. Sieve the canned cherry syrup and set aside for a later use. Cut the canned cherries into halves.
3. Assembling the cake: Place a disk of cake onto the cake base, brush a layer of rum and a layer of syrup on the cake surface and spread a thick layer of cream on top. Arrange the cherry halves on the cream before placing another disk of cake on top. Repeat the process until all three disks of cake are used. For the third layer, only spread cream and don't put the cherry halves.
4. Cover the cake in cream and scatter shredded chocolate all over. Pipe some cream flowers on top and gently press a cherry into the centre of each flower. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

删除You can either buy the canned cherries from cake ingredients shop like Bake v Yan or fron supermarket like Jaya Grocer or Cold Sorage.
