南瓜牛油蛋糕 (Pumpkin Butter Cake)



早安,美丽星期六!
26/11/2016, 你听。。。。。。圣诞的脚步声越来越近了,
开始感染到它的气息了吗?
呵。。。。。呵。。。。。。
认识安迪的朋友,都知道我喜欢渡圣诞多过于农历新年。




因为喜欢圣诞带来的喜悦。。。。。。
意外收到远方朋友寄来的圣诞礼物;
享受年终购物中心圣诞大促销;

客厅竖起圣诞树和五彩缤纷的吊饰,
树下随着圣诞节越近,礼物就累积越多的兴奋,
优柔带神圣的圣诞乐曲,悠悠飘洋满屋,
总是让我幸福满满的想着,
来着的平安夜,该为亲爱的家人,
带来什么特别的圣诞餐呢?



来,给大家介绍好吃的南瓜牛油蛋糕。
也可以包装美美,当圣诞聚餐礼哦。



南瓜牛油蛋糕
2个8"x 4" 长方形模子


材料 :
220克   无盐奶油(室温)
200克   细砂糖
5个      大蛋 (室温)
1 茶匙  香草精
1 茶匙  发粉
330克  低筋粉
200克  南瓜泥
40克    南瓜籽

做法 :
1。 预热烤箱180°C。 将低筋粉和发粉过筛。
2。 将奶油和细砂糖,搅打至松发。
3。 逐粒加入蛋,拌匀。
4。 加入香草精和南瓜泥,拌匀。最后加入筛过粉类,搅拌均匀成面糊。
5。 将面糊倒入2个已铺上油纸的8" x 4"土司烤模,用刮刀刮平表面,并轻轻把空气敲出。最后在表层撒上适量的南瓜籽。
6。 送进已预热的烤箱,烤约40分钟或蛋糕熟。
7。 取出蛋糕,置放在铁架上待冷才切块享用。


Pumpkin Butter Cake 
2 (8"x 4") loaf pans

Ingredients:
220g unsalted butter (warmed at room temperature)
200g caster sugar
5 large eggs (room temperature)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
330g cake flour
200g mashed pumpkin
40g pumpkin seeds

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Sift the cake flour and baking powder, set aside.
2. Cream butter and sugar in a mixing bowl, and beat together until light and fluffy.
3. Add egg one at a time, combine well.
4. Add in vanilla extract, mashed pumpkin,  and mix well. Then add in flour and combine well.
5. Pour cake batter into 2 lined (bottom) 8" x 4" loaf pan, smooth the top and tap tin on counter top to remove air bubbles. Scatter some pumpkin seed on the surface.
6. Bake the cake for 40 mins or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
7. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
