鲜橙牛油蛋糕(Orange Butter Cake)



安哥想念牛油蛋糕,
看着水果篮里那两粒快被我遗忘的鲜橙,


马上解冻奶油,筛面粉,挤橙汁,刨橙削。。。。。。
搅拌面糊,入烤箱,

久违的牛油蛋糕香气,
飘溢四方,弥漫整个厨房。。。。。。

细雨纷纷的午后,
一片牛油蛋糕,一杯红茶,

难得有投缘的谈话对象,
就是粗茶小品,也甘之如饴。










鲜橙牛油蛋糕
(7寸方形烤盘
食谱参考: Kitchen Snippets
材料 :
227克 奶油 – 置放温室
200克细砂糖(我只用185克)
220克 面粉
1茶匙 泡打粉
1/2茶匙 盐
4 个蛋
2个鲜橙削
5汤匙 鲜橙汁

做法 :
1。 将7寸方形烤盘涂上一层油并铺上油纸。 预热烤箱175'C。 将面粉,泡打粉和盐过筛,置旁待用。
2。 将软化奶油和糖打至发白松软。 分次加入鸡蛋,每次拌匀。加入鲜橙削。

3。 徐徐的加入过筛分类,然后鲜橙汁,搅拌成均匀的面糊。
4。 将面糊倒入烤盘,中间部分低于四边,这样,烤出来的蛋糕才会平整好看。
5。 烤约50 -55 分钟或至熟。(可以以插支插入蛋糕,再取出,干净不沾糊为准)。

Ingredients :
227gram/2 sticks butter – room temperature
200 gram sugar (I used 185g)
220 gram flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
4 large eggs
Zest of 2 oranges
5 tbsp orange juice (freshly squeezed)



 Method
1.  Grease and line an 7” square baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degree F (175 degree C). Sieve flour, baking powder and salt and set it aside.
2.  Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until mixture is light and fluffy. Add in the orange zest.
3.  Slow down the mixer and slowly add in the flour. Finally stir in orange juice. Mix until well combined.
4.  Turn out mixture into prepared tin. Level out mixture at the sides but allow a shallow well in the centre. This is to enable the cake to level up evenly during baking.

5. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until cooked through when tested with a skewer.
