燕麦虾(Rolled Oats Prawn)


因为娜娜不喜欢吃虾,
因为安哥不适合吃过量的虾,
所以家里很少煮虾。


更无法想象这道餐馆常见的麦片虾,
竟然会少有的出现在安家的桌面。


 谢谢战友出了这道题目,
为了不落后于团队,
安迪也乐陶陶上菜市,捧回一盒鲜虾,
家里只有安迪吃的燕麦,
那就地取材,来个燕麦虾,和姐妹们凑热闹咯,
哈。。。哈。。。。



燕麦虾
食谱参考  : Vivian Pang Kitchen

材料:
(A)
15只中虾
¼茶匙盐
¼茶匙胡椒粉
½个蛋白
1-2汤匙油,(煎虾用)
¼ 杯燕麦粉 , (沾虾 )
½杯燕麦片
(B)
2汤匙 奶油
1个 咸蛋黄,切丁
6束 咖哩叶
1条 红辣椒,切丝
1茶匙 糖


做法 :
1。 将虾子去泥肠,以适量的盐,胡椒粉和蛋白腌制10分钟。

2。 将半杯的燕麦片,倒入锅中,小火干炒至香气并呈浅褐色,铲出待用。

3。 锅中热油,虾子裹上燕麦粉,放到锅里,煎至呈金褐色,铲出待用。

4。 用回同一个锅,融化奶油,加入咸蛋丁,翻炒至呈现泡泡状,此时加入咖哩叶,辣椒丝,糖和做法(2)的炒香燕麦片 。

5。 快速翻炒几秒,使到燕麦片香脆并和其他材料混合均匀。这时加入煎虾,翻炒均匀,即可上桌享用。










Rolled Oats Prawn

Ingredients:
(A)
15 pieces prawns (medium size)
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper
½ egg whites from an egg
1-2 tablespoons  oil, for pan fry
¼ cup blended rolled oat flour, (for coating )
½ cup rolled oats 
(B)
2 tablespoons butter
1 salted egg yolk, diced
6 stalks curry leaves
1 big red chili, sliced diagonally
1 teaspoon sugar
Methods:
1. Devein the prawns. Marinade prawns with salt, pepper and egg whites for about 10 minutes.
2. Without adding any oil, pan fry the 1/2 cup rolled oats till fragrant and lightly brown. Dish out and set aside.
3. Heat up wok, add in oil. Dust marinated prawns with oat flour. Arrange in hot wok and cook till golden brown. Dish out and set aside.
4. Without washing the wok, melt butter in wok. Add in diced salted yolks and stir-fry on medium heat. Once the yolk and butter mixture turned bubbling, add in curry leaves, sliced chilies, sugar and toasted rolled oats.
5. Quickly stir-fry for few seconds till rolled oats are well coated, feel light and crispy. Toss in cooked prawns. Mix well and serve.
