杏仁脆饼片
(约做60片)
材料:
250克杏仁片
100克 脆饼预拌粉 (Florentine 粉)
做法:
1。预热烤箱致170度。烤盘铺上不沾油纸。
2。将250克杏仁片与100克预拌粉混合均匀。
3。平均铺放在烤盘上,放入烤箱烤约8 -10分钟或呈金黄色即可。
4。取出,趁热,用利刀快速割成小片。待凉后,扯开再收入密封罐子里。
**一次只能烘一盘饼干
Immediately use a sharp cutter to cut biscuits.
Almond Florentines
(yields 60 pcs)
Ingredients:
250g Almond flakes
100g Florentine premix
Method:
1. Preheat oven at 170 deg C. Line baking tray with non grease paper.
2. Combine 250g almond flakes and 100g Florentine premix and mix well.
3. Spread evenly on baking tray and bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
4. Remove tray from oven and immediately use a sharp cutter to cut biscuits. Then leave biscuits to cool and store in an airtight container.
**bake only one tray at a time
