芦柑相思蛋糕 (Mandarine Ogura Cake)

一年一度,迎春接福的当儿,
各种带有好意头的食材都应节而大量的涌入市场。
其中以芦柑最为普遍。
芦柑在安家可是热门年食哦!
(悄悄告诉你,安家至今已消耗7大箱的芦柑咯 !呵。。。呵。。继续补货中。。)
Every year, as Chinese New Year nears, 
all kinds of festive food and snacks appear in the market.
The mandarine  orange is a prime example. 
And it  happens to be a well-loved fruit in my family too.


好奇芦柑相思蛋糕的味道,只好开炉找答案。
so, I wonder,
 what does a Mandarin Ogura Cake taste like?






。。。。。。答案是 : 好吃,好好吃!
加了柑皮碎,清香可口,增添口感;
甜中带微酸的柑汁,有着醒胃的效果。
加上相思蛋糕本来就拥有松软的特质,
所以这蛋糕是值得一试的。

With the present of mandarine rinds ,
it bring out the mandarine  aroma .
and the typical Ogura cakes soft and  fluffy texture, 
this  recipe is highly recommended.

芦柑相思蛋糕
用具:7寸脱底方模

材料:
A

蛋黄 100克
全蛋 1 个
盐 1/4 茶匙
粟米油 60克
芦柑汁 80克

芦柑皮碎 2汤匙
低筋面粉 75克

B
蛋白 200克
细砂糖 80克
柠檬汁 1茶匙

做法 (A)
1。蛋黄、全蛋、盐、粟米油、芦柑汁用打蛋器打至起小泡。加入芦柑皮碎,拌匀。
2。筛入低筋面粉再打滑,放一边备用。

做法 (B)
1。蛋白加+柠檬汁+细砂糖打至起泡不跌
2。最后把A和蛋白霜混合至均匀。(像戚风蛋糕的混合法)
3。将面糊倒入7寸的脱底方模里,把空气敲出。  放入预热后的烤箱里,于蒸烤法160'C烘烤60分钟或至熟便可。
4。蛋糕烘好后,立刻取出,倒扣待凉后才切开享用。


第一个蛋糕,昨天出炉后,
早已往安家二宝的肚子报到。
然后父女俩再度要求下,才有今天的第二个蛋糕。
足以见,它的魅力无法挡!
Actually, this is the second cake I've baked, 
as the first cake had disappeared down my family's gullet as soon as it was cool enough to be eaten! 
Under their persistent begging, 
I finally baked a second Mandarin Ogura cake. 
As you can see, this cake is just irresistible!





Mandarine Ogura Cake

Ingredients:

A
egg york         100g
whole egg       1
salt                 1/4 tsp
corn oil           60g 
Mandarine juice    80g 
Mandarine rind 2tbsp
superfine flour 75g 

B
egg white      200g
castor sugar  80g
lemon juice   1 tsp

utensil :
7" base removable square pan

Method :

A
1.  Beat the  egg york,whole egg,salt,corn oil,mandarine juice until fluffy.Add in mandarine rind,mix well.
2.  Shift in superfine flour, then mix it until smooth and well combined, put aside.

B
1.  Beat egg white + lemon juice + castor sugar until stiff.
2.  Mix method A's mixture with egg white mixture evenly .(apply chiffon cake mixing method)
3.  Pour the mixture(B2) into the 7"base removable pan, try to get rid of the air by lightly tapping the pan.
4.  Put pan into a larger pan half-filled with hot water. Bake with preheated oven at 160'C for 60 min or until baked.    
5.  Once baked, remove from the pan immediately, inverted on a rack and let it cool.

  6. 好棒哦~用柑来做蛋糕,应该和橙的味道类似一样?
    每年的柑都收太多很快坏掉,到时候我就可以利用柑来做蛋糕了,呵呵!
