南瓜泥的加入,不止带来金黄诱惑的色泽;
同时也软化了整体的口感。
这款油炸的无疑是比较香。
如果摒除发热气和油腻的考量,
我也是会选择油炸滴,嘻。。。。嘻。。。
南瓜甜甜圈
(可做12粒)
食谱参考 : 拥有幸福的味道
材料:
高筋面粉200g
奶粉15g
酵母3g
南瓜泥100g
幼糖40g
牛油25g
蛋 25g
牛奶 50 ml
盐少许
做法:
1。把所有材料(除牛油外) 放入搅拌机里,液体材料先入底层。然后按dough开始搅拌成团。
2。 成团后, 加入牛油继续搅拌至光滑的面团(约35分钟)。
3。 然后留在容器里进行初步发酵25分钟。
4。 取出面团排气,分割约40g一个,滚圆。中间搓洞,整成甜甜圈造型。 排在托盘上进行最后发酵10分钟
6。 热油锅,将甜甜圈炸至金黄,取出快速撒上糖粉即可。

Ingredients:
Bread flour 200g
Milk powder 15g
Instant yeast powder 3g
Mashed pumpkin 100g
caster sugar 40g
Butter 25g
Egg 25g
Milk 50 ml

Method:
1. Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread maker, making sure to put the liquid ingredients below the dry ingredients. Then press the "dough" button to start mixing the dough.
2. After a dough is formed, add in the butter and continue kneading into a shiny dough (about 35 minutes).
3. Leave it in the bread maker to rest for 25 minutes.
4. Punch down the dough, then separate it into portions of 40g and roll each portion into a ball. Poke a hole into the middle of each ball to form a doughnut shape. Arrange the doughnuts onto a tray and rest for 10 minutes.
6. Heat up enough oil in a wok, then deep fry the doughnuts until they turn golden yellow. Drain the doughnuts and immediately sprinkle sugar on top. Serve after cooled.
