香草邦特蛋糕 (Vanilla Bundt Cake with Vanilla Glaze)



光阴荏苒,匆匆又是温馨的五月。
多几天就是普天同庆的母亲节了,
你已经悄悄为伟大的妈妈做好准备了吗? 




 今天托一位新加坡美女的邀约,
安迪终于收拾散漫的心情,和我的烤箱谈恋爱了。。。。。

久违了的邦特蛋糕,
再度出现在安家的餐桌,

闻着那股浓郁的奶油香气,
嚼着松软的蛋糕体,
间中尝到酸甜的香草淋浆,
原来一片美味蛋糕,竟然可以让人心情亮丽 !








香草邦特蛋糕

180g 细砂糖
113g 奶油,软化
2 个蛋, 温室
3/4 杯牛奶
1茶匙香草精
160g 面粉
2茶匙泡打粉少许盐


香草淋浆
200g 糖粉
2 汤匙牛奶
2茶匙柠檬汁
1/2茶匙香草精

做法 :
1。 预热烤箱165°C。 将邦特蛋糕模子涂上油和撒上粉。
2。 将细砂糖,软化奶油和蛋搅拌均匀。加入牛奶和香草精,拌匀。最后加入粉类和盐,拌成顺滑的面糊。
3。 将面糊倒入准备好的班特模子,烤约40分钟或至熟呈金黄色。 烤熟的蛋糕,小心脱模,置放凉架待凉。

香草淋浆 :
将糖粉,牛奶,柠檬汁和香草精倒入一个搅拌盆,搅拌成顺滑,稀稠刚好的淋浆。 如果太稠,就加适量牛奶。






 Vanilla Bundt Cake with Vanilla Glaze

180g caster sugar
113g butter, softened
2 eggs, at room temperature
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
160g  all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

pinch of salt

Vanilla Glaze
200g icing sugar
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Method :
1.  Preheat oven to 165°C. Grease and flour Bundt pan.
2.  Beat caster sugar, butter, and eggs in stand mixer at medium speed until well blended. Change speed to low and add milk and vanilla; change back to medium speed and mix well. Add flour, baking powder and salt; beat about 1 minute or until smooth.
3.  Pour into prepared pan.* Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Gently loosen cake from pan with knife and turn out onto wire rack; cool completely.


Vanilla Glaze
Put icing sugar, 2 tablespoons milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in medium bowl and mix until fully incorporated. If glaze is not runny enough, add more milk. You will want glaze to be thick enough to hold  on the cake, but runny enough to pour.
