七星伴月(Seven Stars with The Moon)

每逢佳节倍思亲，对安迪来说，一点都不老土。

因为它让我感到爱的存在，

那是一份女儿对母亲的真爱。
 As the Chinese saying goes,"We'll miss our loved ones much during the festive seasons". The saying brings a warm feeling to my heart as it allows me to remember my late mother.

七星伴月，

说的是七个乳臭未干的小伙子绕着一个美丽小姑娘呢？

或是一位伟大的妈妈系着七个不知天高地厚的娃儿？

这是见仁见智的看法。

"Seven Stars with the Moon",what does it symbolize? Seven young lads wooing a beautiful maiden? Or a loving mother doting on her seven naïve children? What do you say?

安迪始终是个传统的华妇，

逢秋做月饼，不论时代，不管款式，不怕老土，

冰皮，燕菜，冰淇淋，有做没做，传统一定做！

因为，那是安迪对妈妈永远的思念。

At heart,I am still the traditional Chinese lady that will definitely bake mooncakes every Mid-Autumn Festival. Regardless of era,of style,regardless even of being labeled old fashioned,I insist on one thing: whether I make snow skin,agar-agar or ice-cream mooncakes,the traditional mooncake is a must. After all,it symbolizes my eternal love for my beloved mother.

七星伴月材料：                                Ingredients：

A（月饼皮）                                       A ( mooncake Pastry)

500克普通面粉                                500g plain flour

380克糖浆                                        380g golden syrup

100克花生油                                    100g peanut oil

2茶匙枧水                                         2tsp alkaline water

B （莲蓉馅）                                       B (Filling)

2 1/2公斤莲蓉                                   2 1/2 kg lotus seed paste

70克烤香瓜子                                   70g roasted melon seed

做法在这里                                     

“月亮”月饼重250克（皮：60克，馅：190克）      

“星星”月饼重100克（皮：25克，馅：75克）
