意大利千层面(Lasagne)

还记得第一次与这道料理见面时,
是在澳洲大伯家的饭厅,
当时大伯亲自下厨,
做了好几道西方料理,
其中以这道千层面(Lasagne),最叫人回味至今。


味道香浓的番茄酱,
香淳的Parmesen cheese,
缠性又香滑的Mozzerella cheese,
醒神的麝香草香,
把原本普通的面饼,
浸烤得香气开胃,软中微Q,滑好味,
难怪又让我过了安家父女这一关。
  
当切开来时,芝士断丝连,
浓农得芝士味扑鼻而来,
让人迫不及待,吃了再说。




材料:
12片即用千层面
材料 Ingredients
馅料:
2汤匙油
500克牛肉碎
1粒蒜头,剁碎
1粒洋葱,剁碎
1小罐番茄膏
500克番茄,去皮,切碎
200克蘑菇,切片
175毫升水,加1汤匙鸡精粉
适量的盐和黑胡椒

125克Parmesen 芝士丝
250克Mozzarella芝士丝
适量的麝香草(Thyme whole)

Ingredients:
12 pcs lasagna pasta

Sauce:
2tbsp oil
500g minced beef
1 whole garlic, chopped finely
1 whole onion, chopped finely
1 small can of tomato puree
500g tomatoes, skinned and chopped into small pieces
200g mushrooms, sliced
175ml water + 1tbsp chicken stock powder
Salt and black pepper to taste

125g shredded Parmesen cheese
250g shredded Mozzarella cheese

Whole thyme to taste

做法 (Method):
1。   热油,爆香洋葱和蒜茸,加入肉碎炒香,加入其余的材料炒匀,加盖,小火煮约20 分钟,离火。

1. Heat up the oil and saute the garlic and onion before adding the minced beef. Saute until fragrant, then add in the rest of the ingredients, mixing evenly. Cover and allow the sauce to simmer for 20 minutes before removing from flame.



2。   准备一个长方形(22cm x 12.5cm x 7cm)烤盘,铺上锡纸。

2. Line a rectangular container (about 22cm x 12.5cm x 7cm in diameter) with foil.

3。   先在烤盘中铺上一层千层面,放上1/3的肉碎馅料,再将适量的麝香草, Parmesen和 Mozzarella芝士丝撒上,用同样的方法完成千层面和肉碎料,最后一层再撒上两种芝士丝和麝香草

3. Place a layer of lasagna pasta in the container, then scoop in 1/3 of sauce before scattering thyme and shredded Parmesan and Mozarella cheese on top. Repeat the layers to finish off the sauce.


 4。   送进烤箱,用180°C烤约35 分钟或呈金黄色。取出,稍冷后,才切开享用。

 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool for awhile before serving.
