原本这个帖应该两天前就上了。
可是人算不如天算,电脑发生故障。
如今它已经入厂待修,
为了不灭安迪年初刚燃起归队重写部落格的心念,
向安哥借来电脑,然候重重难关,重重过。
勉强把这芝麻麦片饼的帖给分享出来了。
所谓 : 天下无难事,只怕有心人!

一款充买麦片香和芝麻香气,
咬起来酥脆咸香,
好好吃的年饼。
小小分享,今年因为上了水墨画课,
终于有机会应节玩挥春。
图中的"福"字和"年"字是其中的功课,
在此现丑了。😂😂
芝麻麦片饼
共烤约100个
材料:
(A)牛油250克、糖粉80克, 1/8茶匙盐
(B)低筋面粉180克、粘米粉70克(全筛过)
(C)麦片100克、烤香黑,白芝麻 15克
做法:
1.材料(A)搅拌至幼滑,筛入(B)料及加入(C)料,用刮刀拌匀成软团。
2.将(1)分成每份7克,搓圆排在铺了纸的烘盘上,用手指压扁。
3.将(2)放入预热烘炉,以165'烘20分钟或熟,取出待凉后收在不透风罐子。
黑,白芝麻 15克
Yield about 100 pcs

80g Icing sugar
1/8tsp. Salt

1/8tsp. Salt

180g Cake flour
70g Rice flour

100g Instant oat
15g Black and whitesesame
Methods:
1. Cream the ingredients (A) until smooth. Sift in the ingredients (B) and add in the ingredients (C). Gently fold the mixture in to soft dough.
2. Devide the dough into 7g each, roll it into ball shape . Arrange them on the baking tray (lined with paper), then flatten them.
3. Bake with preheated oven at 165°c for 20 minutes or cooked. Remove from the oven. Keep it in the air tight container while it is completely cooled.
