凑热闹的香脆紫菜鳕鱼丝 ( Festive Crispy Seaweed Cod Fish Strips)

春的气息随着网上年饼到处飘香,而愈见浓厚。
尤其以这香脆紫菜鳕鱼丝,
更是把新年的气氛炒得沸沸扬扬,
安迪不“执输”,也来凑凑热闹,
看看这当今“红牌阿姑”,到底魅力何在?


With Chinese New Year just around the corner, 
CNY cookies  are popping up all over shops and the internet.
 One of these is the Crispy Seaweed Cod Fish Strips. 
Of course, I couldn't miss the fun of trying out this new festive food!










香脆紫菜鳕鱼丝  ( Festive Crispy Seaweed Cod Fish Strips)
材料:........................................Ingredients :
鳕鱼丝......................................Cod fish Strips
寿司紫菜..................................Seaweed
蛋白 (收口用).........................egg white (for sealing)

做法:.........................................Methods :
1)将紫菜剪成一半,再剪成一寸的宽度,备用。
1.  Cut the seaweed into half,further cut it into 1 inch width, put aside.

2)取4条鳕鱼丝折两折,用一小段剪好紫菜将鳕鱼丝卷起,用蛋白收口。
2. Gather 4 cop fish strips, fold into half,wrap with the seaweed,seal  up with egg white.

3)最后排放在烤盘内,放入预热烤箱135°度(开风扇),烤约15分钟。
3.   Finally arrange on the baking tray,and bake with preheated oven at 135'C for 15 minutes.



香香脆脆,果然停不了口,
好吃自不在话下,更何况做法简单,简直就是零难度,
难怪爆红指数,节节上升, 
成为众人的年饼首选。
 Crispy and tasty, this snack is certainly addictive. 
Moreover it is easy to make.
 No wonder that this snack is steadily gaining popularity!

  6. just this afternoon i saw the shop is selling around RM20 or RM25/jar, i didnt get it ..everyone who did it says it addictive so i believe it must be truly addictive.! i saw your comment regarding your kuih bahulu..dont worry, not a problem at all :)
