Steamed Cassava Cake/Tapioca Kueh Recipe adapted from : My Little Favourite DIY , Copycake Kitchen Makes a 6" round cake tin Ingredients: 520g tapioca, shredded 150ml thick coconut milk 180g castor sugar 1 1/2 Tbsp tapioca flour Method: 1. Combine shredded tapioca, sugar, coconut milk and tapioca flour together and mix well. 2. Pour batter into tin (brush tin with cooking oil). 3. Steam over high heat for 25 minutes. 4. Slice with cling wrapped knife when completely cooled and serve.
Mehtod ：1. Cream the butter and caster sugar till fluffy and white. 2. One in a time, add in the egg, beat till well combine. 3. Sift the ingredients 3 times, add in half the amount of the sifted flour,mix well. 4. Add in the cool water, then add in the other half of sifted flour,mix well to form smooth batter. 5. Pour the batter into the lined baking tin, bake with preheated oven at 160'C about 50minutes or till the insert skewer come out clean. 6. Let the chocolate moist cake, set at the rack, slice it and serve when it is completely cooled.
